If you are interested in renting an apartment you must apply with the following items:

Rental Application - Each person living in the residence must complete a rental application form, which is available above as a PDF or paper copies can be obtained in our office.

Co-SIgn Form - If you are a student or do not have good credit you will need someone with good credit to co-sign on the apartment.  The form is available above as a PDF or paper copies can be obtained in our office.

Security Deposit - The security deposit (usually equal to one months rent) must be a certified check or money order.  The Security Deposit and the Application Fee cannot be on the same certified check or money order.

Application/Co-Sign Fee - The application fee is $60 plus $25 for each additional applicant.  In addition if you need a co-signer there is a $25 fee per co-signer.  For example, two students, both needing seperate co-signers would have an application/co-sign fee of $60 + $25 + $25 + $25 = $135.  The Security Deposit and the Application Fee cannot be on the same certified check or money order.

The items listed above must be dropped off or mailed to our office.  When we have recieved all of the above items we can reserve the apartment for you.  We operate on a first come first serve basis when it comes to rentals so it is always best to get the forms and money in as soon as possible.
